Job Description:
New wastewater screening and grit removal channel, precast concrete building set on precast concrete beams to enclose new mechanical and manual bar screen. Also included flume / transducer type flow meter, heater- exhaust fans and slide gates to permit diverting the flow to the mechanical bar screen channel if needed). Work in the existing treatment plant included demolition of existing clarifier equipment that was taken out of service, piping / SST trough modifications and provided FRP beams – covers over the abandoned clarifier basin.
